In this growth drive, we are currently looking for a Human Ressource Manager. Maybe that's you?
Responsibilities
As a Human Ressource Manager (HRM), you are responsible for the proper management of HR projects, your role is to:
- Manage HR projects and supervise payrolling in Belgium and in France
- Team-building: Proposing and organising activities to promote team and company cohesion. Organising annual team-building events.
- Responsible for well-being and respect for the working environment (monitoring teams, proposing improvements to well-being, managing relational difficulties, supporting managers, etc.).
- Ensures compliance with the legislative framework
- Participating in the development and dissemination of corporate culture, internal HR communication
- Talent management
- Managing salary and work package
- Responsible for managing and implementing KPIs and HR reporting
- Management of the HR team and partners
- Cooperation with the RealDevAcademy, EHS, Recruitment and Operational Excellence departments.
Must have
- A Master's degree in Human Resource
- At least 5 years of experience in HR with a good knowledge in payrolling
- French & English speaking proficiency
- Organization skills, proactivity and warrior attitude are primordial
- Teamspirit, communication skills and commitment will make the team succeed
