Having already won the award last year, we are renewing our ambassadorship and consolidating our position as a leader in the smart industry market. This award recognises our exceptional growth, our impact on the market and our commitment to innovation. It underlines the work accomplished by each of our teams and the trust placed in us by our customers and partners on a daily basis.

A collective success story
Today, RealDev employs nearly 70 people, divided between our headquarters on the Heysel plateau and our offices in Wavre, Liège and Montpellier. Our development will continue in 2025 with the opening of new offices in Flanders and a roll-out in Lille. Behind this success is above all a committed, ambitious and passionate team. We would like to thank each and every one of our employees, whose expertise and dedication enable RealDev to continue its expansion. Our customers and partners also play a key role in this adventure, and we are grateful to them for their trust and collaboration.

This commitment goes beyond intelligent industry. Through our futsal club, RealDev Vilvoorde, we apply the same values of performance and innovation. By using AI to optimise the performance of our team, currently top of Division 2, we are pursuing our ambition to offer high-performance and sustainable solutions, whatever the field.
